17:45-18:15 Registration, networking and one-to-one meetings (if applicable, more below)

18:15-19:30: Plenary session – Key note and Q&A panel
A 15 minute Key note, followed by an hour of Q&A with the panel. The panel combines perspectives from: Industry leaders – CEOs, Heads of Sustainability and others who are building the next generation of business models as sustainability increasingly impacts the global economy.

19:30-20:15: Round Tables
45-minute round table discussion - sit at one of 10 to 15 pre-selected tables. Each table will have a chair and a topic proposed in advance. Here is how each table works:

Introductions: Everyone briefly explains who they are and why they are interested in the topic under discussion (5 minutes)
Topic X: Discussion – the chair will introduce the pre designated topic and keeping to an agenda ensure the discussion keeps to the topic, deriving debate and driving tangible ouputs for all involved. (30 minutes)
"How to do X": Summarising the discussion into tangible action points. (10 minutes).

20:00-21:00 One-to-one meetings (if applicable, more below)

20:00-21:00 Informal Networking
Up to 1 hour - a chance to make further connections

One to one meetings

We may contact you in the days before a Green Monday to communicate an opportunity to meet with one of our sponsors, at your convenience, for a few minutes before the plenary session or after the roundtables. There is no obligation to take part, but we hope these occasional requests allow you to meet companies developing valuable products and services that could help you reach your Sustainability objectives as a business.
